Where Does My Child's Adventure Start
We understand that finding childcare that offers your child the best experiences and enables you to juggle work commitments can be challenging. We provide a range of flexible, extended hours to cover you and accommodate working patterns.
OPENING TIMES
We provide full and part-time daycare, Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00, because we understand that no family routine is the same.
Earlier drop-offs and later pick-ups may be available on request.
Term Dates
Oak Trees and Acorns have adopted Devon County Council’s academic year for the setting's term dates to provide consistency for term-time-only children.
For parents who do not benefit from the extended school holidays, we offer care during some of the school holidays but not all of them.
Fees
Fees start from £6.00 per hour
We are registered to provide you with the extra support available to reduce your childcare costs through tax-free childcare and the government’s early years entitlement funding (EYEF) schemes.
Children are eligible for EYEF from the term after the date they turn 9-months old, 2 or 3-years-old, to the last term before they attend school.
So:
- Children born on 1st September and up to and including 31st December can access a funded place from the beginning of the Spring term.
- Children born on 1st January and up to and including 31st March can access a funded place from the beginning of the Summer term.
- Children born on
1st April
and up to and including
31st August
can access a funded place from the beginning of the
Autumn term.
